If you are inexperienced, coming off an injury, or need that extra push to stay on track and challenge yourself, this is the plan for you.
Group Class
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
High-Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT)
Two classes a day, 30-45 minutes each on Zoom/Meet
Five days a week
Pay-per-session
If you fancy randomized workouts while following a trainer and just want to work up a sweat, sign up for these classes.
One-off Live Session
One 60-minute session (500 INR per session)
Any workout per your training schedule
Pay per session
If you want guidance for just one workout on any random day to help power you through the workout, sign up for this session.
