About

I started off as a Computer Science Engineer, worked in IT for three years before pursuing my Masters in Sport Management. During this time, I also completed my REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer certification. I have been a full-time fitness coach since 2018.

I have worked in gyms and fitness corporations over the years and honed my skills and experience further. I want to help as many people achieve and sustain their health and fitness goals.

  • Click on Book Free Consultation and schedule a call with me as per your availability. I will explain the details on call and guide you through the sign-up process.

    You could also directly select a Plan from the Plans page.

  • You will receive your Workout Plan within 24 hours upon signing up and the Diet Plan will be sent within 48 hours.

  • Once you take a plan, I will be notified. I will call you and we will have our official consultation where I will get to understand your goals, medical history and workout preference (home or gym based workout). Once done, I will begin customizing your Workout Plan.

  • As frequent as you want it to be. Some people need regular follow ups via WhatsApp and calls. Some people are comfortable managing on their own. Based on your preference, calls can be daily, once a week or once in two weeks to track your progress.

  • To get the best out of your workout, it is important to stick to a set of exercises for 2-6 weeks while making small weekly improvements and setting new benchmarks for yourself. Based on your consistency, exercise progressions will mostly be made every 4 weeks.

    It would be best to follow a particular workout format for atleast 8-16 weeks in total.

  • I will consider adding a few days to your subscription according to the severity of the situation. However, you must keep me updated as and when such situations arise.
